To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bakr Gourmet, no. 6, 16th cross, Gayatri layout, Basavanapura man road, Battarahalli, Bengaluru, 560036

Pick Up: If an item is deemed damaged by our customer service team (after redressal), Bakr Gourmet will pay for the shipping of the product.
Fees: You need to keep the products ready so our delivery boys can get them collected. We will call and let you know when the next pick up will take place.
